Life can be better. I believe in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for us to work collaboratively. Within my practice, my clients feel heard, understood and empowered to create the healing they need.

I work with teens 18 and up who are dealing with various mental health or relationship issues. We work on creating space to get to the core of what is going on by using a number of evidence based treatments. Through support, skills building and a bit of humor, I help my clients become more effective at managing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions and various traumas.

I don’t see clients as cookies and I don’t believe that treatment plans should be either. Being trained in a variety of treatment plans I am able to use these treatment options to create an individual plan.

EXPERIENCE: Robyn is a Registered Clinical Social Worker. She has honors bachelors degree in psychology from Saint Mary’s University. She also holds a bachelor degree in Social work as well as a Masters degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University. She has experience with clients diverse in age, race, cultural background, sexual orientation, gender identity and ability. She has worked with clients with mental health disorders in hospital settings, community programs and schools before going into private practice.

Experience: I am a Clinical Social Worker registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Work. I originally come from a Human Services background, and hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies, as well as undergraduate and masters degrees in Social Work.
